3 c water
1 box of Krusteaz Fat Free Muffin Mix
Directions:

soak bran and water together about 5 mins.
add box of Krusteaz muffin Mix to gether.
spray Muffin tin with non stick vegy spray.

Bake at 400º for 20-25 mins
