1 12 oz. can unsalted corn (do not drain)
1 squash, sliced
2 med. zucchini, sliced
2 tsps. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. vegetable oil
4 c. chicken broth
1 16 oz. can chopped stewed tomatoes (do not drain)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tsps. cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper
Bag of tortilla chips

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add sliced zucchini and squash. Add all other ingredient's except chips. bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Top with crushed tortilla chips. (You may also add a can of chicken and shredded Cheddar to this dish).
