SALAD:
1 - 22 oz can corn, drained (Del Monte fiesta corn with red & green peppers)
1 - 15 oz can Leseur peas, drained
1 1/2 cups of finely chopped celery
3/4 cups of finely chopped onion
3/4 cups of finely chopped green pepper
1 small jar of chopped pimentos
DRESSING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients together and set aside while making the dressing.
Mix, shake or stir dressing ingredients together until sugar is well dissolved. Add the salad mixture and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate.
This salad can be made a day or two ahead. Suggest stirring it or turning it a couple of times a day.
