Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound of pasta (whatever kind you like),5 or 6 fresh tomatoes, garlic, EVOO, hot red peppers (dried flakes), capers (whole jar) and mozzarella.

Directions:
Directions:
Start by boiling the water for the pasta. Have a big pot or sauce pan for the sauce. Heat the pan and add the EVOO and garlic (don't let the garlic sit to long it will burn fast), add in the cut up tomatoes. Use fresh tomatoes and dice them up (you can add a can of diced too if you want more sauce) dried hot red peppers and capers to your pan. Mix all together and put on low heat. At this point your pasta should have been cooking, while you were adding in your sauce mixture. Now that your pasta is cooked and your sauce is ready, cut up your mozzarella. Put the pasta and sauce together in a big bowl and mix it, then add to the top the mozzarella.
