Halibut filet seasoned with kosher salt and pepper
2 Oz. of butter
3 Oz. of white whine
Top with Balsamic Brushette

Directions:
Directions:
Halibut filet seasoned with kosher salt and pepper; 2 oz of clarified butter in preheated frying pan. Sear fish on flesh size for 5 minutes (golden brown and very crispy) Flip the fish to skin side for an additional 3 minutes; Place fish in baking pan, add 3 oz of white whine baking at 350ēd degrees for another 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Inserting a toothpick with little resistances is the key. Place on serving dish and top with Balsamic Brushetta tomato above.
