Roast:
2-3 lb. Pot Roast
2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 tbsp. Oil
1/2 cup Water
1 8-oz. can Tomato Sauce
3 medium Onions, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced

Sauce:
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil. Put in large pot and add salt, pepper, water, tomato sauce, onions and garlic. Cover and simmer on low heat 1/2 hour.

Combine brown sugar, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, ketchup and worchestershire and mix well. Pour over meat, cover and cook 1 hour. Remove meat, remove fat. Thicken sauce with either flour or cornstarch (add 1 cup additional water if needed)
