4 eggs
1-½ cup milk
½ small onions
4 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
½ teaspoon salt
1 15 ounces can sauerkraut, well drained
1 16 ounce Polish Kielbasa, sliced into ½” pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine eggs, milk, onion, cheese and salt. Blend until smooth and frothy. Grease 10” pie plate. Spread sausage pieces over bottom of pan. Sprinkle sauerkraut evenly over sausage. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes until knife in center comes out clean.
