½ cup flour
Water
Vegetables – carrots, potatoes, onions

Directions:
Directions:
Put enough olive oil to cover the bottom of your deep roaster, one with a lid. Let the oil get hot while you prepare your rump roast. I just use salt and pepper. Put it in the hot pot to brown slightly on each side. Then add a ½ cup flour to the oil and brown just slightly. Pour water in up to half-way up the roast. Set the roaster temperature on about 4 or 5 with the lid tilted slightly for about 2 hours or until tender. Now add your vegetables – carrots, whole potatoes, onions, and green peppers. Cook until potatoes are tender approximately 20 – 30 minutes. By this time, the gravy is perfect, meat is tender and veggies are perfect. Enjoy dinner.
