SAUCE:
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
3 tablespoons garlic juice
2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
2 small cans tomato sauce
12 ounce can V-8 juice
1- ½ cups water
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup parsley flakes

MEATBALLS:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in crock pot and cook on low. Thoroughly mix all meatball ingredients. Form into balls and drop into sauce. Cook on low heat in crock pot all day or overnight.
