1 pound ground beef
½ pound hot Italian sausage
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ cup onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup water
1 small clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon oregano leaves, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Brown the meatballs in skillet. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
