2/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Luke-warm (almost hot) water
1 1/2 package yeast or 3 TBLS
1 teaspoon salt

2 cups water
2/3 cup butter
1 TBLS sugar

2 beaten eggs
7-8 cups flour

Filling:
4 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
4+ teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 to 1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl, or kitchenaid combine and mix together the first set of ingredients.
In another sprayed microwaveable bowl combine second set of ingredients.
Let both bowls set for 45 minutes, separately, covered with t-towels. After the 45 minutes, add the bowl with the water, butter and sugar to the other bowl and add the 2 beaten eggs.
Then add enough flour to make a stiff, but not dry dough.
Knead - place in sprayed bowl and cover with t-towel and let rise 45-90 mins. Push down and let rise again 45-90 mins. Push down again and ready to roll.
Roll out from Center of dough 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick - smear with butter - spread with filling to edge of dough.
Roll up and place in sprayed pan - brush top with butter - let loaves rise a few minutes ore - bake at 375 for 25 to 35 minutes (leaving uncovered first 10-15 minutes and then covering the top for the last minutes of baking time).
Brush top with butter - cool 5 minutes- remove from pan to finish cooling then return to pan.
Using the foil pans this will give you 7 or 8 loaves.
