1 large can of Macayo's Sauce
1 large bag of shredded cheddar cheese
2 large white onions, diced
24 fried corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Add enchilada sauce to pan on stovetop and heat up - dip already fried corn tortillas in sauce - add onion and cheese to tortilla and roll up and place in baking pan. Once baking pan is full, add a little more cheese and onions on top and then put in 350 degree oven and cook until cheese is bubbly.
