2 & 1/2 pounds of deer, cut into 2 inch cubes
12 cherry tomatoes
12 mushrooms
12 small onions
2 bell peppers, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 zucchini, cut into 1 inch thick

Marinade:
1/3 Cup soy sauce
3/4 Cup extra virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Worchestershire sauce
1 TBL. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 & 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in a blender and mix at medium speed for 30 seconds. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting later.
Place deer cubes in marinade in a sealed container and refrigerate several hours or all day.
Arrange marinated meat and vegetables on skewers. Broil over hot coals or at high heat for 15 minutes or until cooked, rotting the skewers and brushing with marinate while cooking.
