1/3 C Mayo
4 t white vinegar
4-5 t sugar
1/2 t celery salt
1/4 t pepper
4 C torn fresh spinach
1 small, unpeeled, diced red apple
1/2-1 C toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1.Toast Pecans @ 375 bill brown
2.In small bowl wish together may, vinegar, sugar, celery salt and pepper.
3.Let stand for 10 minutes then whisk until sugar is dissolved.
4.Let dressing marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
5.In a salad bowl combine spinach and apple, drizzle salad dressing and gently toss to coat.
6.Toss pecans on salad
