1 pound linguine
Salt
1 pound medium to large shrimp deveined and peeled, tails removed
Pepper
1/3 C extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Couple pinches red pepper flakes
1/2 lemon, zested & juiced
2 sprigs oregano, finely chopped
Handful pitted kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 C chicken broth
1/2 C parsley
1 C feta cheese crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
1.Place a large pot of water on stove to boil. Salt Water and cook pasta to al dente.
2.Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
3.Heat EVOO in deep skillet w/ garlic
4.Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes, or until pink.
5.Add red pepper, lemon zest, oregano, olives and broth and cook together a couple of minutes more.
6.Add ladle of starchy pasta water to sauce and the lemon juice.
7.Remove sauce from the heat.
8.Drain pasta and add to the skillet.
9.Let pasta soak in juices for a minute then toss with parsley and feta.
10.Use tongs to twist and mix all together before serving.
