1 lb pasta, your choice
EVOO
1 28oz whole canned tomatoes
1 C marscarpone cheese
1/2 large onion,diced
1 garlic clove, minced
fresh basil, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cook pasta according to directions
2.Saute onion in olive oil and garlic until tender - about 5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes (reserve juice) and squish in pack with back of spoon and mix and heat through.
4.Add cheese and stir until all is thick and creamy.
5.Drain pasta and add about 1/2 of the tomato juice to pasta and then add sauce and mix well
6.Top with freshly chopped basil
