3/4 lb Elk Roast
2 T Soy Sauce
1 T Wors. Sauce
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t seasoned salt - lawrys
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup water
onion, quartered
carrots, chopped how you want them
potatoes, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
1.Put Roast in slow cooker
2.Surround with vegetables
3.Pour soy sauce, wors. sauce on top of roast.
4.Sprinkle with garlic powder, lawrys and soup mix.
5.Mix cream soup and water together and then pour over roast
6.Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
