Oil for Frying - Just enough to fry - do not cover
1 C flour
3/4 - 1 C Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 T Italian seasoning
Venison/Elk Steaks
1 Egg, beaten

1/2 C prepared mustard - Dijon
1/2 c brown sugar Honey, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1.Heat oil in skilled or deep fryer
2.Mix flour, cheese and seasoning
3.Dip steaks into egg and then flour mixture
4.Fry steaks until golden brown
5.Mix mustard and brown sugar in saucepan and heat over medium heat(can use honey, also, if desired) - Use this as dipping sauce
