Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1/4 C mozzarella cheese
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t dried oregano
1 T fresh, chopped parsley
small dash garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 T butter
2 T oil
favorite Marina sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1.Heat oven to 425
2.Cut chicken breasts in half, so they are no so thick, or you can pound so they are 1/4-inch thick
3.In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, parsley and garlic.
4.In another bowl, mix the eggs.
5.Dip chicken into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
6.In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 T butter and 1 T oil and fry chicken 3-5 minutes on each side, just until golden brown. I do this in 2 batches of 4 when I cut the chicken in half.
7.Coat bottom of baking dish with favorite marina sauce and place golden brown chicken on top of sauce. Sprinkle with a little more Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
8.If wanted you can spread a little more marina sauce over the top of the chicken as well.
9.Cover and bake 20-25 minutes.
