2 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
3 teaspoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can tiny shrimp, drained
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon each black pepper/red pepper
Dash of liquid crab boil (optional)
Pecans, chopped
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix cream cheese, mustard, onion, lemon juice, and shrimp. Add salt and peppers to taste. Add dash of crab boil, if desired. Stir well, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until begins to firm. Shape into ball, and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
