Ingredients:
2 1/2 C Bisquick
3/4 C cold whole milk
4 T cold butter (1/2 stick)
1/4 t garlic powder 1 heaping C grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
4 T Butter, melted
1/4 t dried parsley flakes
1/4 t garlic powder
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400
2.Comptine bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. Don't over mix. There should be small chunks of butter about the size of peas. Add cheese, milk, 1/4 t garlic. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.
3.Drop on ungreased cookie sheet - I use an ice cream scoop.
4.Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the tops begin to turn light brown.
5.Melt 4 T butter in a small bowl. Stir in the parsley and garlic powder and use a brush to spread over the tops of the biscuits. Should make about a dozen biscuits - depending on the size of your ice cream scoop.
