4 tart apples peeled and sliced, very thin
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cup flour
2 1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
7 Tbsp orange juice
1 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Add to apples and set aside. In separate bowl mix: flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, salt orange juice and oil.

Put 1st layer of batter into pan, then apples, 3 layers of batter 2 layers of apples. Bake at 350 degree for 1 1/2 hour.
