1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp melted margarine

Mix ingredients in a blender. Let batter stand 1 hour. Cook on both sides .Make ahead and reheat without the filling at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
