2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
6 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 cup cold water
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix first five ingredients. Make a moat and pour in remaining ingredients. Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in BUNDT PAN.

or Light chocolate glaze drizzled over top.

It is a very moist delicious cake and really does need icing.
