romaine Lettuce
2 Tomatoes
4 or 5 Italian Peppers
1 Onion sliced thin
1 clove fresh garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup oregano
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions:

Wash and dry vegetables well.
In one bowl place lettuce, tomatoes, Italian peppers and onions. Cover tightly and refrigerate for tomorrow.
In the second bowl add garlic, salt, hard boiled eggs, oregano, sugar, olive oil, red wine vinegar. Mix well cover and refrigerate overnight for use next day.

Important put greens into dressing, toss to coat, grind in fresh pepper and Parmesan cheese. Serve
