4 cups corn
3 large potatoes diced
3 carrots sliced
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to boil except corn, milk and cheese. Simmer until tender. Add corn, milk, and cheese. Stir constantly until cheese melts and soup thickens. Lower heat and keep warm.
