Ingredients:  
Beef cubes for stew- 1-1 1/2 lbs. (I use better quality, not stew cubes)
Large can crushed Contadina tomatoes
Water close to full in large pan
10-12 beef bouillon cubes
chopped onion and celery to taste
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Boil above until meat cooked. Remove meat from pot. Add bag frozen vegetables. Cook 2-3 hours. Shred meat and re-add to pot. Add small bag egg noodles last 15 minutes.
