4-6 boneless chicken breast
1 bottle Archer Farms brand (Target) Hawaiian barbecue sauce
1- 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Place frozen breasts in crock. Cover with sauce. Add pineapple chunks. Cook 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low. Separate chicken breasts with fork. Serve over rice.
