1 cup pastina
2 T. olive oil
1/2 cup cubed chicken
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup mozzarella
1 can diced tomatoes with juice or spaghetti sauce with vegetables
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Cook pastina until just tender and drain. Put olive oil in saute pan. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onions soft and chicken done. Add chicken to pastina. Add tomatoes, mozzarella, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir. Place mixture in 8X8 baking dish. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top. Pat with butter. Bake 30 minutes
