Peach Pie Recipe

1 cup sugar
3 Tbls. flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon
dash salt
5 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 recipe pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place bottom pie crust in pie pan trim edges. Add peaches. Mix dry ingredients and pour evenly over peaches, dot with butter. Cut top crust in strips and lattice over top of peaches. Crimp edges of crust, brush with milk or cream. Bake in hot oven, 400º, for 45 to 50 minutes.
