1 pkg. macaroni and cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. mild salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees,

Cook macaroni and cheese according to pkg instructions.

Brown ground beef.
Add taco seasoning and water.
Simmer 5 minutes.

Stir sour cream into macaroni mixture.
Layer 1/2 macaroni/ sour cream mixture in a greased 9 inch baking dish.
Add layer of ground beef mixture.
Add 1/2 c. shredded cheese then layer with the other half of macaroni mixture.

Bake COVERED 15 minutes at 400บ

Top with the rest of the cheese and bake 5 more minutes UNCOVERED.
