1 bag frozen Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes
1 Cup mayo
1# cubed velveeta

Directions:
Mix 1 bag frozen Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes with 1 cup mayo and 1# cubed velveeta - Stir together. Spray Pam on 9 x 13 pyrex baking dish. Dump in potatoes. Spread out. Bake 350º covered for 20 - 25 min. Uncover - Stir well - Bake another 10 - 15 min until golden brown.
