1 pint heavy cream
2 pkgs. unfilled lady fingers
2 - 8oz. bricks cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Line springform pan (9" or 10") on sides and bottom with lady fingers.
In one bowl whip cream until stiff.
In separate bowl whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract.
Fold cream cheese mixture into whip cream.
Pour mixture into pan.
Top with favorite "Comstock pie filling" or any other topping.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
