1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbl. evoo
1/2 - 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2-3 medium onions, cut in large chunks
1 large red bll pepper, chunked
1 or 2 jalapeno, cut into strips

Directions:

In a large ziploc bag, combine chicken and first 8 ingredients. Seal and knead gently to coat. Marinate for about one hour.
Heat 1 Tbl. oil in large skillet and cook onions and peppers til crisp-tender. Remove onions and put aside. Add chicken to pan and cook over high heat till done. Return onions and peppers to pan and heat. Serve with tortillas and desired toppings.
