"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Cook pasta according to instructions. Let cool. Tear off romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. Drain pinto beans and add to lettuce. Drain olives and add to pinto beans and lettuce. Slice green onions (add to your taste) and add to salad. Dice bell pepper and add to salad. Wash cilantro and pluck leaves from stem. Mince cilantro and add to salad. Add pasta to salad.
