CAKE
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Cups plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit cocktail (don't drain)

ICING
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup cream
1 can coconut
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and oil.
Add all other ingredients.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350º.
Icing: Boil all icing ingredients and pour over cake.
