1/2 lb cooked or canned crabmeat
1 cup cooked sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce
few grains of cayenne
bread bases, toasted on one side
anchovy butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup buttered breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Flake crabmeat. Add mushrooms, cream salt, Tabasco and cayenne. Toss together lightly. Spread untoasted side of bread bases with anchovy butter. Cover with crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and then add crumbs.

Bake in hot oven (425º) until lightly browned 8 - 10 minutes.
