3 large cucumbers
1 large red or sweet vidalia onion
1 c. white vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers paper thin till they are almost transparent. Place in shallow dish and add onions that are also very thinly sliced. Pour vinegar over top and add salt and lots of pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
