6-8lbs. Pork Butt or Shoulder Roast
2 cloves garlic-minced
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. mesquite seasoning
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan add a little vegetable oil and sear pork on all sides till browned, almost burnt. Place water in bottom of crockpot and set temp. to low heat. Pierce pork all over and rub salt, then mesquite and last the garlic. Place fat side up in crockpot and cook for 16-18 hours, turning once. Remove and pull apart. Serve as is on Hawaiian rolls or add a little homemade barbecue sauce.
