2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 c chopped cooked ham
1 c finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 cans (15 oz ea) Allens Blackeyed Peas, undrained, heated
3 c cooked rice
1/2 tsp salt
Chopped mustard greens

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ham, onions and hot pepper sauce, and saute 3 to 5 minutes until onions are tender but not browned, stirring frequently.

Add blackeyed peas, rice and salt.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 5 minutes until heated through.

Garnish with mustard greens.
