3 to 4 lb beef pot roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
10 1/2 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place a 3 to 4 lb beef pot roast in center of double thickness of heavy duty aluminum foil.

Sprinkle all sides of meat with dry onion soup mix.

Spoon one 10 1/2 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup atop of roast.

Seal meat in foil.

Place in a 13x9x2 in. pan.

Bake at 350º for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.

Remove meat to platter.

Skim off excess fat from meat juices.

Serve juices with meat or thicken for gravy.

Serves 4 to 6.
