Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 containers (6 oz.) Strawberry Yogurt
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
Fresh Strawberries for garnish
Muffin liners

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix yogurt and dry gelatin in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring every two minutes. Note: That was way too long in my microwave. I cooked on high for 2 minutes, stirred, cooked 1 more minute and the gelatin was dissolved.
2. Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Makes 16 if you use the mini-muffin cups. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
3. Remove from liners, flip upside down and top with strawberries.

Personal Notes:
The recipe also suggests you use sugar-free gelatin. Also I made them with different flavors of yogurts and gelatins (orange, raspberry, etc.) And I topped with Cool Whip before garnishing with fresh fruit. These went over great at Sarah's wedding shower and Maddison requested them for her birthday party. And the best part is that they are really easy to make. Plus I really don't like yogurt, but I did like these.
