4T Soy Sauce
4T Light Brown Sugar
3T Dry Sherry
2T Sesame Oil
1Tsp. Fresh Ground Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
Chicken Tenders or 8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into small chunks
1 Lg. Can Pineapple Chunks, drained

Directions:

1.Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.Place chicken and pineapple in a large plastic bag or shallow pan and pour marinade over mixing well. Place in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
2. Drain marinade and reserve for basting. Thread chicken and pineapples alternately onto skewers (soak skewers in water while chicken is marinating).
3. Grill 10-15 min on preheated med-high heat. Baste with the marinade. (I heat the marinade up on the stove first)
