2 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 eggs
2/3 c. water

6-8 links smoked sausage, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. American cheese, chopped
1/2 c. pepper cheese, chopped
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 jalapeño, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornbread according to directions with eggs and milk. Add all chopped ingredients and corn. It will be very thick. Spray 8x11 cake pan with Pam. Pour in mixture and bake at 400º about 45 minutes to one hour or until done and brown on top.
