1 TSP SALT
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
2 TBSP LARD
2 CUPS MILK OR WATER

Directions:
Directions:
WORK LARD INTO THE FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING POWDER. ADD THE MILK OR WATER AND MIX JUST ENOUGH TO HOLD TOGETHER. MAKE INTO FLAT LOAF AND BAKE ON BAKING SHEET FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AT 400 DEGREES.
