3 lbs. lean, cubed beef
3 slices diced bacon
1 jar Heinz Brown Gravy, app 7 oz.
1/2 c Burgandy (Gallo Hearty Burgandy is my fav)
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master
Directions:
Directions:
Toss beef cubes with all ingredients. Crock all day on low. Before serving thicken with 1 T cornstarch mixed with 1/2 c cold coffee. Serve over noodles or rice.
