1 7oz can tuna, drained
1/4 c butter or margarine
2 t prepared mustard, divided use
6 hoagie rolls or 1 loaf French bread
1 T grated onion
2T sweet pickle relish
1 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake tuna. Cream butter and 1 t mustard. Cut bread in half lengthwise and scoop out trench down the center. Spread with mustard butter. Combine rest of ingredients and fill loaf. Wrap in foil and bake at 425 for app. 30 minutes or till nice and crusty.

Tuna lovers rejoice! Great taste and freezes well.
This is an old recipe that I used with great success at school in 60's and again in 2000's. Kids liked it a lot.
