2 C chicken broth
2 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped turnip greens with diced turnips
1/2 C chopped onion
2 16 oz cans white or yellow hominy, drained
1 Cup milk
4 ozs shredded Monterey Jack pepper cheese, 1 C

Directions:
Directions:
Put broth, greens, and onion in 2 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil...break up greens...add hominy and simmer 15-20 minutes till greens are tender. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Add milk and serve with cheese sprinkled on each serving.

This is a delight for anyone who loves turnip greens...I always cook mine in broth now...even when I make the soup recipe.
