2 T cocoa
1 T + 2 t water
1 T oil
1 T corn syrup
1 C powdered sugar, sifted

Heat all ingredients but sugar in a small saucepan...stirring over low heat till just smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar. Drizzle over pound cake or brownies.
