12 oz penne pasta
1 can alfredo sauce
1 can marinara sauce
1 small can mushrooms
1 small can chopped black olives
2 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch ground cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp oregano
1 dash thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 cup parmesan cheese, divided
8 oz mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta according to directions on package. Combine remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan cheese in saucepan. Simmer sauce for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Combine sauce and pasta in 9X13 baking dish, cover with mozzarella and remaining parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 until cheese is bubbly
